2023 "Want to Staff" Consideration

Complete this form to be considered for either a youth staff or adult staff position for the 2023 season. Registrants will be part of the pool of candidates used to build the 2023 Leadership team. Application does not guarantee a position on NYLT staff. Completion of this form does not guarantee being selected as part of the 2023 NYLT Leadership team, as there will be additional steps in the process. This is merely Step 1 - putting your name in the pool.

NYLT Culture

The youth and adults serving as NYLT staff members model appropriate leadership skills in everything they do, creating a rich learning environment for the Scouts they serve and for themselves. Servant leadership is an important NYLT leadership attitude, and it is critical that the staff model focus on course participants and not on themselves. Great leaders seek to serve others.

• Your name, home phone and cell phone numbers, and email address
• Previous NYLT Big Horn experience, position(s) and year(s) held as a staff member
• A brief statement why you'd make an ideal NYLT Staff Candidate
